When this happens, our Cardholder website and related services might be unavailable. We will not be liable to you for any service interruptions or other unavailability of our Cardholder services. You agree that you will only use the Kittrell Paycard Software on a mobile device owned by you. You agree to keep your mobile device and sign in information secure. If you have lost your mobile device or believe that anyone has gained unauthorized access to your Kittrell Paycard Online Banking account via your mobile device or otherwise, you agree to advise us as provided for in our Online Banking terms and conditions. Kittrell Paycard or its licensors may provide or make available through Kittrell Paycard and/or its agents its Kittrell Paycard Software. Kittrell Paycard and its agents reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to Kittrell Paycard Software at any time without notice. In no event will Kittrell Paycard or its agents be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any such Kittrell Paycard Software.
